Use Arctic Cooling MX-2.
It has better thermal conductivity than Arctic Silver 5, and unlike silver
based thermal compounds (Arctic Silver), MX-2 is electrically non-conductive
and non-capacitive.
There is absolutely no fear of shorts with MX-2, unlike other compounds, in
which the threat of shorts is very real.
Another benefit is zero hours curing time, which means that you get 100%
thermal conductivity from the git-go.
Arctic Silver has something like a 100 hour curing time before it is at its
supposedly "cured state".
MX-2 is far superior to other thermal compounds I have used in the past in my
opinion.
I have no knowledge about some of the others mentioned here however which may
be even better.
