How about addressing whether list rules and other issues directly
related to a specific list are legitimate subjects to discuss.

And if LEMlists group list is the "only" place to legitimately discuss
such list business why does LEMlists group list only have 87 out of
maybe 10,000 members?

Are the other 99% of LEM members aware they violate a rule discussing
list rules or other business on the list to which it pertains ?
