Put that Mac into Target Disk Mode.
Connect it by firewire to another Mac, that has a DVD drive.
Stick the DVD in.
Run the installer.
Install Tiger on the 1st Mac's HD.

One Mac one external drive with Tiger install image. I want to
upgrade from OS 10.1. I have the DVD disk but no useable drive.
