Well i know one thing. Safari really eats up your RAM if you use it for a
while. But in your case, try and make sure you don't have slow internet,
because until i ordered verizon, my internet made my safari act up like
that. Anyways, about the system restarting every day...

I used to have a gateway laptop (before it crashed) and for a while it ran
smoothly, and i thought that since i use my macs instard of pcs oftenly, i
decided to put windows 7 beta build 7000 to see what was all the fuss about
this new os. The laptop itself was pretty decent until i've been getting
blue screens of death and then restarts every day. At first i thought maybe
it was the beta 7000 OS (because you know, a mac or pc beta OS is not 100%
stable all the time) and then i sent it to the warrenty service, and they
told me i have a bad motherboard. Basically what i'm saying is, if your
computer does that, make sure it doesn't use more power than the power
supply allows, that you don't have a bad motherboard, capacitors, or maybe
even RAM or HDD. I can't say all of those are your computer's problems, but
those are only things i could predict because i never took a look at your
computer. Also, make sure the OS is not infected with a virus. I know macs
almost never get viruses, even without extra firewalls, but there is a 1 in
a billion chance that you have a hacked/infected OS. if so, i have a tiger
install disk i can mail to you. I am just pointing out the possibilities,
and making sure that whatever is going on can be caught early in it's
tracks. Btw, i do use both macs and pcs, and i don't see what's better
between the two. I just use them based on my needs, not my preferences,
except for when i installed leopard on my PM G4 graphite.
