Hello, Have made some decisions. Have checked out best I can. Burned up Power Supply at least. No discernible coolant leakage damage. Howsomever replacement PS and labor look to run $350 to $450 at best. Best PS replacement for me to do work $225-$275. I don't have the confidence anymore to fiddle with removing and then reinstalling TWO processors. You have to strip a lot of stuff to get to PS. Cost is over to well-over what I paid for this computer.
I will scrap it, salvaging whatever I can that can be used on my old but reliable Sawtooth until I save enough out of my pension to buy another Mac with better potential longevity.
