Well, call them about charges before moving your 25kg behemoth :-)

At least in Spain, you have the right to reject the reparation budget, so once 
you know what the problem is, you can try get the spares cheaper elsewhere....

I think pre 2004 PM G5s are already officially "obsolete", don`t know about 
your specific machine.

In any case, looks like G5 spares are pretty expesive everywhere! I have used 
LEM swapt to get parts for my various computers at reasonable prices. Plus, 
USPS postal charges are far lower than those I have experienced in Europe. 
Unfortunately, we seem to be losing our Euro/USD advantage! ;-)

Good luck, those G5s are still pretty useful machines!
