Put your machine's original specs in a request on LEM Swap for an AHT. Early AHT were on separate disks, but Apple soon started putting AHT on the install disk, about the time it began using DVDs (OS 10.4). So you should be looking for an original disk set for your Mac. Use Klantenservice, Mactracker, EveryMac and apple.com to make sure you've identified your machine exactly and to educate yourself about what the original OS and AHT disk versions are.
