Yes to both PCI and AGP. Use the utility from this site: http://thomas.perrier.name/graphiccelerator.html Now for the not-so-clear part of my answer... You need to have one of the supported video cards listed on the Graphiccelerator website AND you need to have a custom ROM file AND the model/manufacturer/revision of the video card must match the ROM file AND you may need to modify AGP pins 3 & 11. This page: http://themacelite.wikidot.com/nvidia-geforce has modified ROMs and photos of the specific video cards that can use the ROMs. IMO using a PC is more effective.
