Hopefully, folks here will help us all. This seems a common problem in
OSX, but for different reasons. I've seen people do different things to
solve their problems. I'm not sure yours, creating another account, will
even fix mine. Though I won't shy from trying, but it would be efficient
to sort it out at the source.
