I have Disk Copy 6.3.3 on the Mac, but it does not recognize the

You might try Disk Copy 6.5b13 which was the final version and handles
many more types than the version you're using. I don't know if this
link is still good, but here is the direct download link and the page
it came from:

Also, you might want to upgrade to OS 9.1 or 9.2.2 if you have time,
or even OS X. You can download OS 9.2.2 free from Apple at:<http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=120243#English

This is an OS X installer package, so you'd need to install it under
OS X by double-clicking the package file. The Beige can run up to OS
10.2.8 natively as-is, or up to 10.4.11 with XPostFacto 4.0. If you
use this Netboot 9.2.2 free version you MUST remove the two "netboot"
extensions from the System folder>Extensions folder before booting
9.2.2.
If your Beige has a USB port, you could possibly install 9.2.2 onto a
USB thumb drive and then clone it onto the Beige HDD using Disk Copy?
One nice thing about Disk Copy 6.5b13 is that it handles large images
and also is OS X aware, so it can clone OS X volumes from within OS 9.
