It's pretty simple really, you could say that it's plug 'n play. The biggest issue is making sure the connector 'latch' is released before you pull the connector away from the logic board. Besides that is just the physical mounting of the PSU.
If you've ever replaced an electronic ignition box in a car the process is very similar.
And of course, make sure you are grounded to the computer chassis before touching anything.
