I wasn't referring to the App store with question 1, I was referring to Lion
in general and it's Finder.  My comment about the App store was a reply to
someone who had mentioned something about the App store and having to get
software only from there. Imagine if that was the only place to get Mac
software and downloading was the only way?  My bandwidth monthly limit would
be destroyed!

I don't have Snow Leopard so that's good to know about the hidden hard drive
feature.

I hope so because as nice as it seems to some and as great as the whole icon
thing is on my iPhone and on the iPad, I still prefer the "old" way of
working with the Finder.  Also the multi-touch can get tiring after awhile.
I much prefer my mighty mouse (although it does get frustrating when the
tiny "trackball" on the mouse starts acting up due to dirt).
