Hi Mr. Ox, It sounds like you want to use a Mail Merge (you "merge" a database into an email, replacing certain fields with fields from the database). You can do this with Word 2004 or 2008, but only if you use Microsoft Entourage as your mail client. I don't believe Mac Mail supports this but I may be wrong. The last time I looked at it, there was a nifty donationware program called "Serial Mail" that could add merge functionality using applescripts.
