Try CMD-e or F12 (hold the function key down for 2 seconds)
Or use the free Eject app on the os-9 CD (this may only be on 9.2.1 or
higher), Applications (Mac OS 9) -> Apple Extras -> Eject Extras
There should be a control strip module in that folder which can be
placed in the Control Strip Modules folder in System Folder, assuming
you use the Control Strip
you can also find the eject utility at
http://bella-usa.com/Support/Drivers-legacy.htm
(scroll to bottom of page)
There is also a utility halfway down the page at
http://www.macally.com/en/techsupport/Faqshow.asp?id=31 that may work.
Also for those struggling to get OS9 working on MDD's I found a site
that may be the answer to all your woes,
http://inefficienciestoday.blogspot.com/2010/10/how-to-getting-mac-os-9-to-work-on-rare.html
Hope this helps
Ben.
