There's a fundamental difference in attitude and issues for folks with machines that are no longer usable on the web vs. those that still are. If you want fewer groups than Bruce proposed, combine Vintage (68K) and Old World Macs into Vintage, which would also include all the clones. There is virtually no traffic on any of the clone specific lists any more, though we had quite the community in our day (Go Umax!). Then have Smurf G3 through G5 in a list and Intel in another list. The Gn's and Intel are also fundamentally different.
