You can't replace the processor but you can replace the motherboard with a 
faster one. The best thing you can do is to sell it and get a PowerMac G4 with 
dual processors (preferably a MDD) my Quicksilver with a dual 1.3 processor 
upgrade, maxed out RAM and a Radeon 9800 can barely play flash video.
