I did try saving the entire file as .jpg and opening in PhotoShop and I get the
message:
"Could not open "attachment6.jpeg because JPEG marker segment length is too
short (file may be truncated or incomplete)."

I've had this message before in Photoshop, but I've been able to open (and
re-save) the image with Graphic Converter.
Can't hurt to try.
