Do you mean a DVD? Or do you mean just copying the video file to
disk?
If it's the latter, copying the file from the SDHC card to disk,
then to DVD via either toast or Disk utility would work, no more
ram won't help.
If you mean authoring a DVD from the file on the SDHC card, well
that is not likely to be fast under any circumstances, since it'll
involve transcoding the video to DVD format. I think Toast offers
some rudimentary features for that purpose, otherwise I'd use iDVD
or Sizzle, if you can find a copy.
Just want to get an image off the SD card so we can use it again We
have to run 8 cameras at one time and need to swap cards fast.
