Yes. You can login to the router using any browser. The login address is specific to the router model, you'll need to look it up in the manual. Most NetGear are something like 192.168.0.1. Once you login, you might also want to check the router firmware and see if there have been any firmware updates for your router. Often an update might cure your intermittent disconnect issue.
When you're logged in, you should be able to find a "reset" button that will reset the router from within your browser. As I said, there's a chance a firmware update could cure your issue, so check that also. You shouldn't need to reset the router that often, or often at all.
