Your router shouldn’t need to be reset so frequently. What do your children do!

However, if you type in the ip address of your router into the address bar of a 
browser you will be taken to the router’s set up page (after being prompted for 
a user name and password - usually “admin” for user name and “password” or 
“admin” for password, without the quotes.)
Somewhere on the left sidebar there will be a “Diagnostics” section. Click on 
this and you should find reboot or restart router at the bottom of this page.
