Camino should support exporting bookmarks; but afaik, stores it's bookmarks as a single html file called bookmarks.html in your Camino profile, which should be in your user library somewhere. I don't know if TenFourFox uses the same scheme modern firefox uses for bookmarks (where they're stores in an sqlite database, not a file) if it uses the bookmarks,html file you can probably just replace it with the desired one.
