If you truly want to avoid having this (possibly) go out into the public 
airwaves, you can always burn it to a CD  or flash drive and send it by snail 
mail.
Be warned, if this goes to or from someone's company/work email address, the 
company may record and hold a copy of the file and email.  Email on their dime 
and network is THEIR email.
