I guess you don't have the right sources - I haven't followed
NetBSD-current (the "development version") closely recently, but the above
looks a lot like it being not compatible with g4u any more.
I recommend getting older sources, e.g. as of May 17th as suggested on the
g4u webpage. To fix:
cd .../src
cvs update -D20050517
