Did you rejumper it to "master" or left as "slave" ?
That is, did you boot Windows from master before and then on slave afterwards ?

Subject: [g4u-help] I still use the floppy version of g4u
I used the floppy version yesterday. I cloned an old Dell Optiplex that I plan
to make some changes to I may need to back out of.
Here's a quick question. I slaved in an exact model disk and did a copydisk.
When I booted on the copy Windows2000 server popped up a window saying that new
hardware had been installed and asked if I wanted to reboot. Is that normal?
Does windows really know it's a different harddrive even if it's the same exact
manufacturer, model, and size?
Anyone else still us the floppy version?
