Hallo, I'm trying to boot g4u 2.4alpha on my Soekris net5501 by pxe. I've set up tftp, nfs on my Openbsd 4.3 and configured boot and pxeboot_ia32.bin for com0 at 19200 baud. netbsd boots fine but panics at the end:
... panic: cnopen: no console device ... g4u 2.3 has even more errors but ultimately the result is the same: ... findroot: netboot interface not found. boot device: <unknown> root on md0a dumps on md0b root file system type: ffs panic: cnopen: no console device ... Could anyone enlighten me on what this means? How do I pass parameters to the netbsd kernel to use serial console? Do I have to recompile g4u? Sigh... Below is the full boot sequence of g4u 2.4alpha2. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance. --- comBIOS ver. 1.33b 20080501 Copyright (C) 2000-2008 Soekris Engineering. comBIOS Monitor.
