Summary: jabber - no custom status messages for offline users shown

Initial Comment:
Some jabber servers may allow users to set custom status messages in
disconnected and invisible mode.
However, GAIM will not show their custom messages and only show them as
disconnected. This is especially annoying for contacts that are transported
from networks such as Gadu-Gadu or Tlen where invisibility with custom status
message is very common.
So all that GAIM would need to do is to properly update buddy status every time
it receives presence information:

gmail.com:
<presence type="unavailable" from="[EMAIL PROTECTED]/Psi" to="[EMAIL
PROTECTED]"><status>Offline message that will not be shown in
GAIM</status></presence>

I believe right now it simply ignores such messages for unavailable users.
