Summary: Default Buddy Icon Search does not respect Domain

Initial Comment:
In Windows, when you log into a computer through a domain for the first time,
it creates a home directory for you at C:\Documents and Settings\<username>.
If however that directory already exists, ie because a user with the same
username but from a different domain has already logged in, it creates the home
directory as C:\Documents and Settings\<username>.<DOMAIN>.

Gaim seems to be determining the users home directory incorrectly when it tries
to open the My Pictures directory when you try to select your own Buddy Icon,
if the users home directory is C:\Documents and Settings\<username>.<DOMAIN>,
it tries to open C:\Documents and settings\<username>\My Documents\My Pictures.
