Summary: Default Buddy Icon Search does not respect Domain

Initial Comment:
In Windows, when you log into a computer through a domain for the first time,
it creates a home directory for you at C:\Documents and Settings\<username>.
If however that directory already exists, ie because a user with the same
username but from a different domain has already logged in, it creates the home
directory as C:\Documents and Settings\<username>.<DOMAIN>.

Gaim seems to be determining the users home directory incorrectly when it tries
to open the My Pictures directory when you try to select your own Buddy Icon,
if the users home directory is C:\Documents and Settings\<username>.<DOMAIN>,
it tries to open C:\Documents and settings\<username>\My Documents\My Pictures.

Wingaim uses the standard Windows API (SHGetFolderPath for CSIDL_PERSONAL)
for initially determining the location of "My Documents" (any other program
that does this in a standard way would use the same directory).

After it has been looked up once, the last directory used will be the
directory that is set when you browse. **This is what is happening to you
because we never actually use the "My Pictures" directory - you would have
had to browse there previously for it to be the current directory browsing
for a buddy icon.
