According to bug #1586522, the error occurs when the user attempts to change the buddy icon on an ICQ account. I am seeing this error on initial loading of GAIM. Running XP Pro, GAIM 2.0.0beta6. Did not happen on previous versions of GAIM beta. Does not affect the ability to add buddies, only occurs when GAIM first loads.
