Summary: Moving Buddy to other group triggers Buddy Add

Initial Comment:
Moving a Buddy to another group trough drag-and-drop
triggers a Buddy Add sequence, including re-sending
authorization requests.
Sometimes the sequence fails, displaying an error
message, announcing that Buddy could not be added for
unknown reason, possibly due to max buddies (false).

I currently use AIM, MSN, and Google Talk(Jabber) and I also
get this error. My buddy list is also at the max number of
people for AIM servers. However, one slight difference is
that the move actually is successful, though I still get the
error message.

I currently use three protocols: ICQ, MSN and AIM. The
issue is most apparent with ICQ (due to the protocol's
security policy - authorization required on most Buddy
actions), but was also noticed on MSN (via self-add). I
don't currently know if the issue happens with AIM
(security policy is less severe than ICQ's? I don't use it
as much)
