Summary: GaimNotifyUiOps --> notify_message

Initial Comment:
Is there any specific reason, why "GaimConnection *gc" is not included as one
of the arguments in the "notify_message" callback function in GaimNotifyUiOps

In the same structure, some of the other callback functions have this
GaimConnection pointer.

If somebody wants to define this "notify_message" in their application
according to their need, then in that case, it will be useful if you provide
"GaimConnection" pointer also as one of the parameters.

Do you have a particular case where a GaimConnection pointer there would
help you? That function can be called from any number of places where it
wouldn't have anything to do with a specific connection.
