Summary: clicking links gives error

Initial Comment:
I've been using gaim with no bugs for the last 9 or so months up until last
month. Now about half the time I click on a link in gaim, gaim itself gives an
error that says "Windows cannot find 'http://www.blahblah.com'. Make sure you
typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the
Start button, and then click Search." After giving this error the link then
opens in the internet browser anyway, but gaim stays frozen and unuseable until
I click Okay in the error window. This doesn't happen every time but roughly
half the time when I click a link. I was using 2.0.0 beta 3 and then tried
upgrading to beta 6 once I started getting this error, and the error is present
in this version as well.
