As of now, I would have to change status-> new -> collapse "Use a different status for some accounts" (+) mark -> double click on required account and the select the option. If I remember correctly, release 1.5.0 had an easier option. That will give you a bar for each enabled account at the bottom of your contact list that you can use to change your status. You can also have the option to hide the extra status bars as well as the global bar. But any global saved status's seem to take control after a while (so if you have a AIM account set to invisiable in the global saved status you are using then change the status for that account, it might go back to invisible after awhile). So you might want to make all accounts available via the global status bar (but not a saved status, so use the top four in the list of status's) then set your accounts individually.
