I'd also love the option of customizable tiling of these windows so I could see more than one at a time and still have a little task bar within the window to call up a specific window when necessary, similar to the way mIRC works I suppose. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Luke Schierer (lschiere) Date: 2007-04-09 21:15 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=28833 Originator: NO As we are closing this tracker, please submit any feature request that is still valid to http://developer.pidgin.im. Thanks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Luke Schierer (lschiere) Date: 2004-06-18 16:25 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=28833 mmm. actually i think fluxbox and ion let you do something very like this. not quite a real window maybe, but grouped togther in some way yes. (note i haven't used either and haven't seen or tried it for myself). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Heavy (heavy_g) Date: 2004-06-18 16:11 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1059395 The window manager won't allow you to create an MDI window and plop a bunch of different windows within it, at least that I'm not aware of. If I'm mistaken please let me know how to do this. I'm presently a heavy gaim user on both Windows and X. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Christian Hammond (chipx86) Date: 2004-06-18 11:19 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=5989 This is something the window manager or Windows can do. It's not the responsibility of gaim. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=350235&aid=972596&group_id=235 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
