Summary: Directly show interface while loading user info.
Initial Comment:
If you click on User Info, it will take long for the
window to appear and it seems at first that the
function doesnt work. I imagine that Gaim waits for the
info to be loaded from the IM server to show it. I
think that it'd be better to directly show the User
Info window with a message like this: "Fetching user
information... please wait". If a progress bar was
added in addition, it would be simply perfect.
