Summary: default formatting per account

Initial Comment:
I would imagine this feature would be easy enough to do
- I think it should be possible to change your outgoing
message text formatting options depending on the protocol.

Yahoo, for example, doesn't support background color -
so if your normal text for AIM is a light color on a
dark color, you have to go and change it every time you
want to send messages on yahoo. allowing this to be
configured seperatly makes more sense.

Thanks!
Carl
