Summary: WYSIWYG: buttons should reflect selection

Initial Comment:
When you select text in a WYSIWYG text area, the font
buttons should change to reflect the contents of the
selection. For instance, if you select a word that is
bolded, the bold button should be turned on so that
when you click it it is turned off and the text is
unbolded. Likewise for the other buttons. If the
characters do not all have the same setting for each
type of font setting then the default or the first
character's setting should be used.
