Category: core Group: None >Status: Closed Resolution: Remind Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Christoph (thesquire) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: single click on taskbar icon focuses gaim Initial Comment: This goes kind of hand in hand with another request about focusing the window on double click if it's not, instead of closing it (resulting in having to click it 4 times to bring it to focus). Maybe a single click could bring the buddy list into focus again. Maybe even an option of whether you want it to be restored/minimized/focused with a single or a double click etc. Great program guys, keep it up! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Luke Schierer (lschiere) Date: 2007-04-20 11:00 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=28833 Originator: NO As we are closing this tracker, please submit any feature request that is still valid to http://developer.pidgin.im. Thanks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Christoph (thesquire) Date: 2004-08-06 21:20 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=967665 I am using windows XP and GTK+ v2.4.3 rev a. The taskbar icon, when double-clicked, will either open or close gaim. When a window is covering up the open gaim and you double click on the taskbar icon, gaim closes. Another double-click opens it again. So I have to click 4 times (worst case) to open an unfocused gaim. My request, then, is an option to single click the taskbar icon to bring it back to focus, when gaim is open, but unfocused. Sorry about the last paragraph in my first request, it was kind of confusing. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Eduardo Perez Ureta (eperez) Date: 2004-08-06 13:12 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=60347 Are you using Windows? Are you using Gnome? What window manager are you using? I'm asking because I don't understand what you want. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=350235&aid=996361&group_id=235 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
