Summary: suggested gaim-remote implimentation for windows

Initial Comment:
in linux, i belive that gaim-remote uses a socket file
to work. now, i know that wouldn't work in windows, but
could you possibly have a regular text file which
gaim-remote monitors for changes? a simple way would be
a regular poll of the modtime of the file. the file
would just contain a listing of gaim-remote commands to
be executed as a queue [i.e. commands are appended to
this file until gaim-remote does it's poll, gaim-remote
loads all the commands into a queue, then the file is
cleared to recieve the next commands]

maybe the windows api would allow for a more
sophisticated solution, but i'm not too familiar with it.

umm, am i way out there, or does this maybe make some
sense, at least as a hackish solution?
