Miranda by default has logging built in, and like ALKL clients available it takes notice of status events. Miranda, though, takes advantage of the sign on/off events to give the user the information of when the user was last seen online (based on the status event information stored on the computer. its not server based). It puts the information in the menu that pops up when hovering one's mouse over a username in the buddy list window...the yellow mouse-over popup window. Since gaim takes notice of such status events, is it possible to add this into the mouse-over popup window? I know there is IDLE time, which the Official AIM client has, like gaim has. But none of the clients available shows the time a user has been away. So for example a user sets away at 1 PM, and the time now is 2 PM. The away/idle time will say 1 hour of course. Lets now say at 2:01 PM the user moves the mouse while still away. Now comes 3 PM. The Away/Idle time will now say 59 minutes, as opposed to 2 hours since the user moved the mouse at 2:01 PM.
