Summary: scrolling plugins window with keyboard causes short freeze

Initial Comment:
When i scroll the plugins windows with the keyboard
(Arrow-up/Arrow-down) gaim freezes for several seconds.
The debug window shows this:

Gdk: gdkdrawable-win32.c:1436: Polyline failed: Der
Vorgang wurde erfolgreich beendet.

Perhaps a gtk bug but i'm not sure.

(Windows XP SP2, 2.0.0beta2, GTK+ 2.6.10 Rev A)

I couldn't find a gtk bug number but the bug was fixed here:
http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/gtk%2B/gtk/gtkcellrenderertext.
c?r1=1.75&r2=1.76

The problem is that *width is not initialized which causes
the textcell's focus windows to be extremly large and so the
rendering takes quite long.

This is not a Gaim bug, but a bug in GTK+, the widget toolkit
used by Gaim. Your bug is being moved to our "gtk bugs" tracker,
where it will be grouped with similar bugs. When we know a gtk
bug number for this issue, your group number will reflect it.

I found out that this is really a gtk bug which is fixed in
GTK+ 2.8.x (which unfortunately doesnt work with wingaim).
