Category: None Group: gtk bug #107320 >Status: Closed Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: David Balazic (mr_stein) Assigned to: Herman Bloggs (hermanator) Summary: systray menu does not disappear Initial Comment: GAIM 1.0.1-debug on windows 2000 pro SP4 I have the systray plugin active and the buddy list windows closed. I right click on the GAIM icon in the systray and the menu appears. I don't select anything in it, but go work with the FireFox window that is on my desktop. Even after clicking and typing into the FireFox window, the GAIM menu is still displayed. It is still there while I am typing this report. I can go and select an item in it and it will work. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Jeffery To (coderjeff) Date: 2005-03-14 17:15 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1089354 According to the other systray menu bugs in the tracker, this is gtk bug #107320. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Luke Schierer (lschiere) Date: 2004-12-08 07:31 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=28833 do we have a gtk bug number for this? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Andrew Hart (arhart) Date: 2004-11-21 22:02 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1068268 gtk-bugs ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Nikos Kouremenos (nkour) Date: 2004-10-30 18:38 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=865368 this should be fixed. It's not nice for (especially) the windows user ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Thomas Brown (proft) Date: 2004-10-21 11:31 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=632732 Same with 1.0.2. The only way to get the systray menu to disappear is to actually select one of the menu items. I have also seen cases where the systray menu will unfold *below* the taskbar level (off the bottom of the screen)... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Peter Lawler (bleeter) Date: 2004-10-17 17:14 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=407708 Saw the same last night on WinXP, all current patches, 1.0.1 gaim with GTK as supplied by gaim team. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=680472&aid=1047741&group_id=235 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
