The Message Gajim gives is not correct. The Chatroom is not full. But we
cant join it.
Server tells us

</error>
Nothing we can do about that.

Only one client could join to the conference. When Conversation
joined, Gajim cannot join. When Gajim joined, Conversation cannot join.

seems we get a presence error code 503.
You should set the same nickname on both clients, try that
