I am receiving the same error over and over again "WARNING:galaxy.datatypes.registry:Overriding conflicting datatype with extension 'coverage', using datatype from /mnt/galaxyData/tmp/tmpuTitVp." Whether I run - Fastqc: Fastqc QC <http://ec2-107-21-142-14.compute-1.amazonaws.com/tool_runner?tool_id=fa stqc> using FastQC from Babraham - FASTQ Groomer <http://ec2-107-21-142-14.compute-1.amazonaws.com/tool_runner?tool_id=fa stq_groomer> convert between various FASTQ quality formats Anybode any idea ?
