Hi, One of my users is trying to use the clustered heatmap feature and we are getting the following error:
/data/homes/galaxy/galaxy/dependencies/R/3.0.3/iuc/package_r_3_0_3/a8438aa1207c/lib/R/bin/exec/R: error while loading shared libraries: libgfortran.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory If I understand well, this is a bug on Galaxy as the library should be bundled with the dependency? In any case libgfortran1 seems to be very very old, the proper dependency maybe is libgfortran3...
