I have centos 6.7 and I have install galaxy.
I setup galaxy.ini with:
database_connection = postgresql://user:password@localhost/galaxydb

# IPv4 local connections:
host all all 127.0.0.1/32 trust
# IPv6 local connections:

host all all 0.0.0.0/0 trust
host all all 127.0.0.1/32 trust
host galaxydb galaxy 127.0.0.1/32 md5
and I have the database
postgres=# \l
