We are working on making Galaxy CloudMan available on Azure but it will
still take us a few months. If you are interested in helping out, let me
know.

Otherwise, setting up Galaxy on a dedicated instance running on Azure will
be no different than setting it up on a VM. You can take a look at the
GalaxyKickStart Ansible playbook and make it setup your instance quickly:
