Hi Haiping,
The FTP upload time can vary due to the connection speed and how busy
the Galaxy web site is. The load from your FTP file list into a history
can also vary - some file types take a bit longer as Galaxy processes
the metadata attributes. Please give these both a try and let us know if
it takes what seems like a very long time (over 24hrs).
