Hi Shamsher,

Are you by chance working with more than one open Galaxy browser window at a time? Doing this is not recommended as it can cause confusing results between the histories. Instead, move between histories using the "Options -> Saved Histories" form, in a single browser window.

Please let us know if you are still having problems,

Best,

Jen
Galaxy team

    Hi Shamsher,

Were you logged in when you performed this analysis?
