You'll be entering the sector while facing north. First, you need to get past the bunkers, because once you're behind them, they can't hurt you, and you can blast them for major points. To my way of thinking, there are two ways to do this. First, activate your smoke screen, and drive forward at full throttle. Once behind the bunkers, dispatch the banks there, and head east to pick up the ammo dump. Otherwise, try heading roughly northeast and take cover in the forest east of the bunkers. It has been a while, so there may be a more plausible solution. Once past the bunkers in either case, deal with all of the tanks and helicopters. During this exchange, the train will show up--but it's extremely easy to deal with. One heat seeking missile/shell should do the trick. Once that's done, head north through the tunnel and turn west. You'll go down a long stretch of marshland, and there are tanks to deal with. The ford will be off to the north--but be careful to hit it at a good angle, because getting stuck in the marsh kills you. Yeah, the ford is pretty thin and it's located somewhat in the middle of the marsh. Have to drive along the river and the marsh and look for it very carefully, maybe every 50 metters.
